33 Degrees Of Damage

This morning we hit the coldest temp at my house of the season. We hit 33f and had frost. I am not sure how hard of a frost we had but most of the older and top leaves of all my Elephant Ears did not recieve damage. The Musa Basjoo doesn’t look too bad. The outer leaves away from the house turned a dark green and I think the brown on the leaves are where the wind has been so bad from cold fronts that it shreds them. All of these pictures were taken around 2pm.

Now we are suppose to get back into the 70’s for the weekend with some rain and humidity. Looking good. I do want some snow though and I guess this makes us a step closer.
